Day Rate
£190
I keep it simple by offering a day rate. This includes any preparation time and I provide my own preparation materials. Paint is not inclusive of this price. I am happy to source and advise on what paint is required. The day rate is representative of decorating/prepping one room within a building/structure.
I am able to roughly gauge how long one room will take to complete, therefore making the day rate more time specific and predictable regarding completion date. This is particularly helpful for those who need something completed within a certain period of time.
Total Project Price
(agreed during quotation visit)
For more than one room e.g. entire internal property preparation and decoration, or more than one room in a building/structure will be discussed and the price will be agreed upon during a visit for quotation. I provide an itemised quote in digital or paper form for the agreed services to be carried out.
As mentioned in the day rate: Total project prices are not inclusive of paint, this will be supplied by the customer. I will however use my own painting and preparation tools and supplies.
